CARPET Finishing Lines

Carpet finishing lines HAS GROUP offers the needed solution regarding all kinds of carpet finishing.

High quality, excellent energy saving, opportunity of investment recovery in a short time and being able to achieve the desired capacity / speed smoothly are the main features of those lines.

  • Foam Coating (Gel Floor) and Bath Carpet Applications: Foam coating and drying lines are available for the carpet and bath mat products. It is possible to operate from the width of 2200 mm up to 5200 mm. It includes suitable solutions for anti-skid surface and embossing applications.
  • Lamination Lines: Action back or felt lamination can be performed alone or together with foam coating applications. HAS GROUP supplies all the other units which are necessary for the lamination lines to the customers.
  • Synthetic Turf Carpet Back Coating: For the synthetic turf carpets used in the fields such as sports grounds, roof coverings and interior & exterior coatings, HAS GROUP finishing lines provide the suitable coating opportunity.
  • Nonwoven Felt Coating Lines: The best solutions are provided for nonwoven carpet back coating.
  • Woven Carpet (Area Rug) Finishing Lines: Drum Dryer System: It offers all solutions including all the units needed for finishing Axminster, Wilton and Viscose type carpets. These solutions are oriented at high capacity and efficiency. While the carpet back finishing is being dried in drying chambers, piles of the carpet is prepared for shearing by being steepened with drum dying.

 

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

  Single air flow:

• Minimizing the cost of investment

• Options where hot air flow from below is not needed in the chamber in stenter machine

 • Optimum energy consumption

 • To dry tuft carpets which are processed in low speed

 

Features:

• Controlling the width of each carpet is individually performed in both chambers of stenter machine.

• Each chamber is designed to be 3 m long, and the number of chambers is calculated according to the speed/capacity criteria demanded by the customer.

• Felt and action back applications, gel floor applications can be performed.

• Emboss unit can be added.

• Thanks to the homogenous heat transfer, drying is equally performed on the right

– central – left sides of the carpet. Humidity control of the exit air is smoothly performed.

Double air flow:

• Hot air flow is individually controlled on the lower and upper nozzles in the stenter chamber.

• It provides the most suitable application for all kinds of carpets.

Features:

• Settings of the temperatures created by the upper and lower nozzles are individually controlled.

• Thanks to the homogenous heat transfer, drying is equally performed on the right – central – left sides of the carpet.

• Thanks to the frequency inverters, air flow is individually controlled.

• Temperature difference of the upper and lower dryers can be set up to around 80°.

• Humidity control of the exit air is smoothly performed.

• Controlling the width of carpet is individually performed in each two chambers of ram.

• It provides a superior energy saving compared to the old technologies.

• Each chamber is designed to be 3 m long, and the number of chambers is calculated according to the speed/capacity criteria demanded by the customer.

 • Felt and action back applications, gel floor applications can be performed.

• Emboss unit can be added.

 

Woven carpet finishing lines (with drum):

 • It is the combination of the steam drum dryer and horizontal stenter for area rug finishing. • Maximum efficiency is achieved with minimum energy.

 

Edge Cutting Unit:

• Complete stainless frame is designed for humid environments and durability.

• It is the movable linear system with right and left strokes.

 • It is equipped with special-allow, long-lasting and covered knife discs, lubrication system for these discs and knife cooling unit.

• There is a setting mechanism for the edge trimming quantity.

 • There are PLC-controlled control panel, inverter driven asynchronous motors and sensor systems. 

 

Kiss-roll plastering from the tank:

• Kiss-roll unit is the unit where finishing process is applied on the woven and synthetic turf carpet. With this kind of coating machine, latex and calcite mixtures can be thinly applied on the woven carpet and optimally on the synthetic turf carpet.

• Its general construction structure consists of stainless sheets and profiles. It has one stainless chemical reservoir/tank. For cleaning this tank following the process, drainage process with pneumatic piston control can be performed.

• For the kiss-roll process, one kissroll cylinder and two idle press rollers which can manually move downwards – upwards are used.

Roll Over Table Coating Unit:

In this kind of coating, the mixture of latex and calcite is given to the front of the cylinder as foam. The cylinder over the table is motionless.
